These simple lace
scarves use traditional Shetland patterns. Two scarf sizes
are given and many sizes are possible depending on yarn and
needles used. The Large Scarf can be a luxurious wrap while
the Small Scarf is just right for dressier occasions and features
a gently flared border. Yardages and needle sizes are suggested,
but swatching your chosen yarn with a needle several sizes
larger than you would normally use, will tell you how big
your scarf will be.

after blocking.
Shown in Fingering Weight on Size 8 Needles
Yardage: Approx. 400 yds
Small Scarf: 7 by 53
